Owen David’s love of all things creative began at a very young age. From illustrating his own books for Right-to-Read week in grade school, to taking every art class his high school offered and on to art school and a degree in illustration.

In a professional career spanning 30 years, Owen has been a graphic designer, illustrator, political cartoonist, columnist, and surface designer. All the while dabbling in a variety of other creative projects including painting, printmaking, knitting, basket weaving, stone carving, sculpture and even puppet-making.

Owen’s primary focus now is designing and creating cute, colorful, humorous characters for licensing purposes. His wide variety of handmade and digital art styles allows him to cater the look and feel to each individual project and audience.
